Day nine and going strong!
I haven't posted because there really hasn't been much to post about. I've been eating on plan, mostly eggs (hard boiled or scrambled) for breakfast, with fruit and nuts during the day and leftovers for lunch, with meat and vegetables of some sort for dinner. Pretty ho-hum.
My spirits are pretty good, although Rich does still seem to be back and forth on the whole thing. I think I am over the big hump and each day I seem to feel lighter and more energetic and it gets easier. The key is definitely to keep a lot of stuff on hand so you aren't tempted to grab something bad but lots of produce means lots of trips to the store to keep it fresh and lots of meat means a bigger grocery bill but I believe it will be worth it in the long run!
I'm hoping to find some time to come up with some new recipes to try this weekend to keep it interesting and so I have something to blog about!
